- Accessibility: Riders must be at least 5 years old. Children aged 5-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Accessibility: Participants should be in good health. Pregnant women and individuals with back or neck problems are advised against participating
- Restriction: Littering, feeding the elephants without supervision, or any behavior that disturbs the natural habitat is strictly prohibited
