- Anpanman Museum
Kahoku-cho, Kami City, Kochi Prefecture is the hometown of Takashi Yanase, the creator of Anpanman. The Anpanman Museum is located in a mountain town where an abundance of nature still remains. There are no complicated paintings and no fixed order to view them, so you can easily enjoy the museum. The Yanase Takashi Gallery on the 4th floor is the main space of the museum. The gallery features drawings of Anpanman and his friends that can only be seen here, created by Takashi Yanase himself for this museum. The basement is home to Anpanman World, where visitors can experience the world where Anpanman and his friends live. In addition to the exhibition rooms, the walls, floors, and stairs of the museum are designed with a variety of tricks that offer opportunities to meet Anpanman and his friends.
- Poem and Märchen Gallery
The Poem and Märchen Gallery is a gallery of cover illustrations and cuts that Takashi Yanase had created since the first issue of the magazine Poem and Märchen.
