This ticket is an advance ticket that allows you to choose the date of use in advance. Please check the weather forecast for the day you plan to visit before purchasing your ticket A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your ticket. The fee is 20% if you cancel up to two days before the date of use, 30% if you cancel on the day before the date of use, and 100% if you cancel on the day of use. You can change the date of use up to two times for free If the park is closed due to bad weather or other circumstances before the opening time, all tickets for that day will be canceled by Biwako Valley. In that case, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, we cannot reimburse any travel expenses to the site During New Year holidays and weekends, the number of visitors will be limited so that customers can enjoy their visit with peace of mind The roads near site will be very congested on year-end & new year holidays and weekends. Refunds will not be given even if you cannot arrive by the time of use, so please make sure to give yourself ample time to get to the site The operation may be canceled due to bad weather in the highlands. ・The ropeway operates on a 15-minute schedule
・The service interval may be adjusted depending on the conditions of the day. Additionally, on weekends, the operation may start earlier than planned based on morning decisions to alleviate congestion
・There is no service available on Biwako Valley holidays
・The final ride going up to the summit departs at 4:00 pm
