— What You Can Expect —
Built in 1995, Sakishima Cosmo Tower Observatory, or simply known as Cosmo Tower, is the second tallest building in Osaka and a landmark location. Standing at 252 meters high with 55 floors, it offers an unobstructed 360° panoramic view of Osaka, including Osaka Bay, Kansai International Airport, and the Tempozan Ferris Wheel. The tower houses offices, restaurants and cafes, and a museum.
A glass elevator reaches the 53rd floor in less than a minute, while offering a nice outdoor view. From here, an escalator extends to observatory tower on the 55th floor. Grab some snacks and drinks from the cafe, or simply relax in one of the many booths to soak in the sights of Osaka. Especially stunning at sunset and night, it's an ideal spot for pictures so don't forget to bring a camera!
