- We reserve the right to relocate your day bed if your arrival is over 1 hour from the booking time.
- No outside food and drinks are permitted in the beach club before 10 pm.
- Alcohol & political clothing brands are not permitted, as are offensive attire with exact words, terms, and imagery.
- No professional photography equipment, including video cameras, telescopic lenses, or drones, is allowed into the venue without prior arrangement with the Atlas Marketing Department.
- The company will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to the owners and operators of Atlas Beach Fest.
