- Children ages 12 and below must be accompanied by a guardian 20 years old and above to enter the museum. One guardian can accompany up to three children (guardians must purchase tickets)
- Please note there could be a line at the entrance during peak hours
- The museum will not be responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, etc. inside the premises
- Some exhibits may be temporarily closed for maintenance
- Guests with bags with a length of 50 cm or more must store their belongings inside the paid coin lockers. The lockers are available on the 1st and 3rd floors
- Camera equipment such as monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are not allowed inside the museum
- Eating (including candy and gum), drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the museum
- Those under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed inside the museum
- Animals are not allowed inside the museum (except for guide dogs)
- Since this is an interactive museum, please note that you may experience difficulties moving with the art if you are pregnant, carrying a child, using a wheelchair or cane, or unable to walk without assistance
- At the Exercise Forest, please wear shoes that are slip-resistant and can allow you to walk comfortably. Avoid wearing high heels, sandals, clogs, etc. that are unsuitable for uneven surfaces
