- The water held within the pools is vastly rainwater, collected from our roof-tops as well as spring water from a spring on-site. Any shortfall is substituted from Lake Wakatipu water. The water is replaced constantly throughout the day in order to keep the water as fresh as possible and is constantly circulates through a sand filter to trap suspended particles
- The mineral content of the pool water is very low so jewellery should not be affected. However, it is recommended to remove jewellery to avoid losing items in the pool
- If you wish to cancel a booking please provide at least 48 hours’ notice
- As Onsen is a close contact business, when Queenstown moves to the COVID-19 Protection Framework “Traffic Light” system, we will require all guests to be vaccinated. At the time of booking your experience, we will require confirmation that all guests associated with the booking are double vaccinated against COVID-19.
- On arrival, we will be requiring proof of vaccination in line with the NZ Government’s Vaccination Certificates Protocol (Protocol). If you are unable to provide evidence of double vaccination strictly in line with the Protocol, the guests who are not vaccinated or unable to provide proof will not be able to enjoy their experience with us. The cost for the booking will remain the same as at the time of booking regardless of the number of guests who are enjoy their experience with us.
- If no guests are vaccinated or able to provide proof of vaccination in line with the Protocol, the booking will be cancelled, and your credit card will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
