- Operating Hours of Jewel Changi Airport Level 1 Concierge Counter is from 10am to 9.30pm daily.
- Children below the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Adult refers to 13 years old & above
- Child refers to 3 to 12 years old
- No re-entry is allowed for all attractions except for Canopy Park.
- Minimum Height of 110cm is required at Discovery slides and Manulife Sky Nets – Walking.
- Once the Tickets have been issued, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Tickets are only valid for the time period as printed on the Ticket.
